Activate DP260 or Go3 security token

Complete the following to activate your security token.

To activate your DP260 or Go3 security token:

  1. Access Business Online from your institution's website. The system displays the Business Online sign in page.
  2. In the Username and Password field, type your username (for example, gwashington) and the password.
  3. Click Log in. The system displays the Activate token page.
  4. In the Token serial number field, type the token serial number.
  1. In the Token generated password field, type the password that your security token generates.
  2. In the Create a PIN field, type the four-digit numeric PIN that you want to create.
  3. In the Security question field, type the question that a customer service representative at your institution can use to identify you. The system also uses your Security question to authenticate you in the event that you report a security token as lost or damaged. For example, "What is the name of your dog?"
  1. In the Security answer field, type the response to the Security question. Using the earlier example (What is the name of your dog?) the Security answer may be "Spot".
  1. Click Continue. The system displays the Home page or the next page in the sign in process.

Note:

  • Click the Ask me later button to activate your security token at a later time.
  • The system by default masks the sensitive information, click Show within a field to hide masking characters in that field For additional information about the hide and show functionality, see the Hide or show personal information topic.
