Business Online Overview

Business Online is a browser-based, business Internet banking solution that provides high-performance, 24 x 7 online banking for your businesses. Business Online provides complete access to your account information, day or night, quick and easy transfer funds capabilities, and much more.

You can use the sophisticated and flexible funds management capabilities to make controlled disbursements, transfers and payments (that is, ACH, wires, and internal transfers), and tax and loan payments. Additionally, you can use Business Online to access and approve stop payments, file transfers, and fund transfers. Administrative features offer flexible management of employee rights in multiple user environments. Employees can be set up with access options, review requirements, time-of-day access, password control, and more.

Welcome Message

Based on your account settings, the system can display a welcome message next to your name in the utility navigation area along with the last sign in date (in the MM/DD/YYYY format), after you successfully sign in to Business Online. Additionally, the system can display the time (in the HH:MM format) along with the time zone in the utility navigation area.

Transaction History Features

Business Online provides complete transaction history. The system displays the details with the ability to search, sort, and export by transaction.

Client-Level Administration

You can use client side administration management to manage employee rights and privileges. Administrators can authorize any number of individuals to access Business Online and can further identify which employees can perform specific activities. Your financial institution establishes employee authorizations at the request of the client, and the system tracks and reports activity for audit and review.
