Can't scan the image

To generate a one-time password using your device:

1. Open the soft token app on your device.
2. Select the One-time password option. The device displays the one-time password.
3. Type the one-time password in the One-time password field, which the system displays after you click the Can't scan the image hyperlink and click Complete challenge. The system displays that it successfully approved or disapproved the transfers.
