Cards

For each card that your business owns, the system displays the following information:

Account Nickname and Card Number

The account nickname and account number. The system only displays four unmasked digits, regardless of your banks settings.

Owner

The name of the owner for the card.

Current Balance/Current Spend

For corporate billed sub accounts, Business Online displays the current amount spent as Current Spend. For other cards (corporate relationship, individual relationship and Individual sub accounts), Business Online displays the Current Balance .

Available Balance/Available Spend

For corporate billed sub accounts, Business Online displays the amount available to spend on each card as Available Spend. For other cards (corporate relationship, individual relationship and Individual sub accounts), Business Online displays the Available Balance.

Totals

The totals in the Card section are the sum of the balances for all of your company's corporate Relationship, Individual relationship and Consumer accounts.
