Chat
Based on your account settings, the system displays the Chat hyperlink in the utility navigation area. You can use the chat feature to discuss any system-related issues and questions online with a customer service representative.
To chat online with a representative:
- In the utility navigation area, click Chat. The system displays the chat session in a new browser window.
It is important to know that each time you access a new page, the text of the Chat hyperlink updates to reflect the new chat status.
