Check Image Viewer

On the Account information page, you can use the Check Image Viewer search feature to quickly find posted check. When this feature is available, it is located on the right side of the Accounts page.

Note:

You must have the exact check number to use this functionality.

You financial institution must grant you permission to access this functionality.

To search for check images:

  1. Specify the check number.
  2. Click View Image. The system displays the check image a Check viewer overlay window. Use the following icons to manipulate the view.
    ToClick this link or button
    Rotate the image counter-clockwise
    Rotate the image clockwise
    Shrink the image
    Enlarge the image
    Print the image
    Close the overlay windowClick Close or click anywhere outside the window or press the Esc key on your keyboard.
  3. When you are done reviewing the information, click Close.
