Checking accounts
For checking accounts, the system displays the "Account overdrawn for X days" message at the top of the Account information section. Here X is the number of days for which an account is overdrawn. Additionally, in the Account information section, the system may not display account information in some or all of the fields.
The Account information section displays the following information:
Balance
Previous day transactions
Breakout of credits and debits for the previous business day and a total of those debits and credits
Current balance
Balance of the account as of the last processing day
Total float
Total amount of all float items
Holds
Dollar amount of all hold items
Pending transactions
Any transaction or payment that is pending
Other transfers
All other types of transfer (for example, demand deposit or certificate of deposit)
Today's Float
Float available for the current business day
Available balance
The balance available for immediate use. Your available balance may differ from your current balance because it includes the transactions that the system has yet to settle.
Note:
The system displays any account balances below $0.00 in a different color.
Line of credit
Total amount of credit available before reaching the maximum credit
Sweeping accounts
Additional account linked with the main account for credit or debit transactions
Total funds available
Available balance, plus any credit line
Activity
Last deposit
The date and amount of the most recent deposit in an account. The system displays the last deposit date in the MM/DD/YYYY format.
Last check
The date and amount of the most recent check in an account. The system displays the last check date in the MM/DD/YYYY format.
Last overdrawn
The date when the account was last overdrawn. The system displays the last overdrawn date in the MM/DD/YYYY format.
Interest
Current interest rate
The current interest rate that the system used to compute interest on the account. The system displays the current interest rate in 1/10,000 of a percent (.9999%).
Current accrued interest
Total amount of interest earned
Last interest payment
Date and amount of the last (most recent) interest payment
Interest paid current year
Total amount of interest paid for the year
Interest paid previous year
Total amount of interest paid last year
