Edit internal transfer

In the Issued transfer section, next to the transfer that you issued, the system displays the Edit button. The system displays the Edit button only

If you have rights to edit an internal transfer. That means:

  • Your financial institution allows it.
  • You have the rights to select an account from the From account drop-down list.
  • You have the rights to select an account from the To account drop-down list.

To edit an issued transfer

  1. Click Edit. The system displays the Edit transfer overlay window.
  1. Make the appropriate changes to the issued internal transfer and click Preview transfer. The system displays a preview of the transfer.

Note:

  • If you do not have permissions to inquire on accounts, the system does not display the account balance information under the To account and From account fields.
  • If your financial institution defines the From account, To account, Frequency, and Repeat the transfer fields in an internal fund transfer template, you may not be able to edit the information that the system displays in these fields.
  1. Verify the transfer details, and then complete one of the following actions:

    Complete the transfer

    Click Complete transfer. Based on your internal transfer template settings the system either displays a success message along with a reference number or a pending approval message along with a reference number. Make a note of the reference number in case you have any questions about the transfer in the future.

     

    Note: After you have successfully issued an internal transfer, the system displays a print icon (). Click the print icon to print the issued internal transfer.

     

    Or

     

    Click Close or anywhere outside of the overlay window to close the Edit transfer overlay window.

    Edit the transferClick Edit to modify the information you established for the transfer.
    Cancel the transferClick Cancel to close the Edit transfer overlay window.
