Establish profile

To streamline your user experience, the Establish profile page collects missing contact information during the sign in process.

To establish a user profile:

1. In the Mother's maiden name field, type your mother's maiden name.
2. In the Email address and Confirm email address fields, type your email address.
3. Click Continue. The system displays the Home page or the next page in the sign in process.

Note:

The system sends the Establish profile email only when you update your email addresses, and not when you update your mother's maiden name.
