External accounts

The External accounts section displays accounts from sources worldwide with real-time data. The system displays all of the external accounts that you have access to.

The Balance Report Deposits and Balance Report Loans sections display account information from other financial institutions (depending on whether your institution has licensed Multibank Reporting), providing an overall picture of all account activity.

Note:

The External accounts feature contains its own Help system. When the system displays the External reports page, use its built-in Help for additional assistance.

Depending on the type of external account the system can display following information in the External accounts sections.

Account Nickname

The client-defined name assigned to the account. Click the account nickname hyperlink to display additional account information.

Note:

The system displays the posting date of the balance along with the external account number.

Closing Ledger

The total amount of closing ledger deposits for the account

Collected Balance

The total amount of collected debits for the account

Available

The total available balance for the account

Currency

The code that the system uses to identify the currency denomination for the account

Principal Balance

The principal balance after a credit or debit transaction

Payment Amount Due

The amount of the next payment due for the loan

Import transactions (button)

Click the Import transactions button to import the transactions for the external account.
