Digital signature (Soft token app) instructions

To generate a digital signature using your device:

  1. Open the soft token app on your device.
  2. Select the Digital Signature security option on your device.
  3. Scan the image that the system displays using your device.

Note:

If you have activated soft token app on multiple devices, then to get the digital signature form select the appropriate device from the list of available devices.

  1. Review your transaction details on the device and click Ok. The system displays the one-time password.

Note:

If the details do not match to the details you originally submitted, click Cancel and report the incorrect details to your financial institution.
