Activate token

If you did not enroll to use your security token or if you clicked Ask me later when signing in to Business Online earlier, the system displays the Activate token page after you sign in to Business Online.

Note:

The system displays the Activate token page only if:

  • Your financial institution has enabled Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for your account.
  • The current token status is "Pending enablement."
  • Your financial institution uses security tokens.
